Scant City Machine, INC. was founded in 2003 working primarily in the hydraulic industry as a subcontractor for HYCO AL. Since then we have doubled the size of our facility, more than tripled our capacity of work, and we have implemented an ISO 9001 certified quality management system (QMS). We have also expanded our customer base and directly or indirectly worked for: Eaton Hydraulics, Heil Environmental, Texas Hydraulics, Cesna Aircraft, Yates Cylinders , Caterpillar, John Deere, Grove Crane, Komatsu, Bailey Hydraulics, Linkbelt, Ace Aero and more.

Being a small business, we have a smaller and more streamlined manufacturing process; that allows us to adapt quickly to your needs and be a more cost effective supplier, giving you better cost savings and a more competitive edge. We have a 4000 sq. ft. building serving as a both a shop floor and material storage area. We     operate 2 CNC band saws capable of repeating cuts to within 0.005” and handle up to 12” stock. Three CNC lathes capable of turning 10” in diameter and holding tolerances to ±0.0003”. One 4 axis machining center capable of 10” parts and one 3 axis CNC milling center with 24” of vertical clearance.
Our strongest asset, however, is our employees. Together we have over 60 years of combined experience machining parts from industrial, agricultural, aerospace, defense, and automotive fields; working with cast aluminum, carbon steel, iron, casted iron, carbon steel burnouts, titanium, Inconel, chrome-molly, stainless steel, brass, bronze and composite materials.
